What is Rolancers?
Rolancers is a business opportunity exchange for projects, solutions,
experts, jobs and assignments. Project Provider post projects and invites
Solution Providers to submit a Solution Proposal and a negotiation tool
called Discussion is initiated. Once the deal is finalized a Solution Provider
wins the Project as per the terms of mutual agreement between him/her and
Project Provider. Also if you don't have any fixed projects outline but you are in need
of Experts you can search through our database for experts in your category.
Alternatively a Solution Provider can also search for an Expert to associate
with him/her in his Projects in areas where he requires additional expertise.
How does Rolancers work?
Rolancers is a Services Marketplace. IT Employers / Buyers can find talent to do
their projects or to fill part-time positions. It's absolutely FREE for Buyers. IT
Employers / Buyers simply post the job as a project. Service Providers who wish to do
the project place bids, indicating the asking price for completing the project. At
the end of the bidding, Employer/Buyer can award the project to any Service Provider
who bids for the project. Employers / Buyers are allowed to contact the Service
Provider before awarding the project (the email addresses of the Service Providers
can be seen by the Buyer).
What does it cost?
It is absolutely Free for IT Employers / Buyers, there are no hidden costs
associated - please choose the Basic plan. Service Providers should subscribe
to Premium Provider or Featured Provider plans to bid for projects. Premium
provider plan costs only 5 US Dollars per month and Featured Provider plan
costs 25 US Dollars per month - No additional fee applies.
I am a Service Provider - how does Rolancers work for me?
Here is how Rolancers works for Service Providers :
- Search and Bid for projects that match your expertise
- You will be intimated through email if you win the project
- The project will appear in your InBox (under MyPortfolio)
- You can see the Buyer contact information by clicking on the project from your InBox
- Contact the Buyer directly and decide on the work and payment schedules your self - you are in control
- Complete the project and get paid directly (from the Buyer)
- Sell your services by adding a Service store
- Buyers can raise and RFQ / RFP from your Service store
- Your Service store will be linked from the bids that you place
I am an Employer / Buyer - how does Rolancers work for me?
All services are Free for Buyers (through Basic plan). Here is how Rolancers works for Employers / Buyers :
- Post project and Service Providers from all over the world will bid to do the work
- You can manage your project from MyProjects (under MyPortfolio)
- See the contact information of Service Providers by clicking the project name
- Use the contact information to get clarifications and get in touch with Service Provider
- Award the project to one of the Service Providers after you have decided on a winner
- Work with the Service Provider directly and decide on the work and payment schedules your self - you are in control
- Get the completed project and pay the Service Provider directly
- If you want to directly contact a Service Provider without posting a project simply search for Service Stores and raise an RFQ / RFP
- Rolancers offers a FREE way to find Quality Talent from around the world
How do I modify or cancel my subscription?
Simply contact the Support team through email : support@Rolancers. Let them know your UserName and your
email address. All changes or cancellations of subscription plans will only be effective from the date when the current
plan ends.

What if I am not Happy?
At your service...now and always. If you have any kind of operational issue

Any Service provider with a rating of 2 or less after 2 projects will be excluded from

Is it really Free for buyers or are there any hidden costs?
Its totally FREE for Employers / Buyers. No hidden costs are there. You are
welcome to post projects and get no obligation bids from Service Providers.
You can even contact them before you decide the project winner.
How do I post a project?
First you have to register and choose a subscription plan. If you only want to
post projects you can choose Basic plan - its totally Free.
Click the Post Project tab from the top menu. Enter as much information as you can -
please provide accurate information as this will allow the Service Providers to
place correct bids. Click the Submit Project button. Thats all - you will start
getting bids for project. You can monitor your project from MyPortfolio -> MyProjects.
How do I contact Service Providers who bid for my project?
You can monitor your project from MyPortfolio -> MyProjects. You can see the Service
Provider contact email along with the bids. You can contact the service
providers to get clarifications on the bids. We suggest you award the project
through the system as this will be proof the project.
Can I contact Service Providers without posting a project?
Yes, you can simply search the Service Stores put up by Service Providers.
The Service Store has a link to raise RFQ / RFP - fill in the information and
raise a service request. This will be sent to the Service Provider through
email and he will contact you directly.
How do I pay the Service Provider?
You have to take care of all payments to the Service Provider. Rolancers is not responsible for the payments and the deliverables. You are advised to
work out the details before the project starts with the Service Provider.

How can I bid for a project?
Click the project name, enter your bid details, confirm the bid. Thats it. You can see
the list of project by choosing the Bid for Projects option in the top menu.
How do I know if I win the Project?
You will receive an email if you win the project. The project will also
appear in your InBox. You have to accept the project and you will be
prompted to do so.
Is there a Transaction fee for projects which I accept?
No. There is no Transaction fee if you win a project. Our competitor
sites charge about 15% of the project cost as transaction fee.
What is Service Store?
Service Store allows you to sell your services at Rolancers.
It is a cheap way of reaching out
to buyers from around the world. It comes with the Premium Provider plan. You can
update or delete Service Store from MyPortfolio -> MyServiceOffers option.
How do I add / update my Service Store?
You can manage your Service Store from MyPortfolio -> MyServiceOffers option. There is a
update or delete link which you can use to manage your entry.
Can I sell my services using Rolancers?
Yes, you can setup your own Service Store by subscribing to the Premium provider plan. The plan allows
you to additionally bid on unlimited number of projects. It is priced extremely low.
How will Buyer contact me?
Buyers will contact you in two ways.
1. If bid for projects then your contact email is available to the Buyer. Buyers are allowed to contact
you to get clarifications before awarding the project.
2. Buyers can also contact you through your Service Store. Buyers are allowed to directly raise
a RFQ / RFP which will be sent to you along with the buyer details. We suggest you setup your
Service Store as it increases your chances of being found - Service Stores can be searched using the
Search feature.
How will I get paid?
All payments will have to be handled directly with the Buyers. You are responsible for all
payments that you receive and Rolancers is not responsible for any actual transactions that take
place between you and the Buyer.
