- You should use the "Buy Services" section of Rolancers if you are an IT contractor looking for specialists able to follow the specifications you provide in order to deliver you a final product that meets your expectations.
- To enter the Rolancers marketplace as a buyer, you must post a project. That means you must tell the service providers what do you want, when do you want it and how much do you expect to pay for the job.

- After you post a project our members can find it in search results or category browsing. In this phase, you start recieving bids from the service providers. You can see their prices, comments, portfolio, feedback ratings given by other members or samples of their previous work. You can give information to everybody by using the Public Message Board or communicate directly and privately with any bidder, by the Private Message Board (click the icon next to a bidder to leave him/her a private message).
- If you don't receive enough bids on a project, you can let Service Providers know about your offer by inviting them to place a bid.

- During the period your project is up for bidding in the Rolancers marketplace you should monitor constantly its evolution. You are offered a lot of options to improve the way it is presented or clarify its details in order to attract more attractive bids.
The option to select a winner for a project becomes available either when the auctioning period is over or when you close it earlier.

In this step the Service Provider is working on your project. But you're not a simple spectator; through the Rolancers features you are constantly updated on your project's evolution.

- You use the Private Message Board to discuss with your Service Provider.
- You send and receive any files through the Workspace feature.
|
|
|
|
Once the project is completed, wrap it up by sending payment through Get Coder. Buyers and service providers then fill out the simple Feedback review for the project. This lets both parties build their reputations at Rolancers, opening the door to further successful projects
